The Japan-US Friendship
Commission is an independent federal agency that provides
support for training and information to help prepare Americans
to better meet the challenges and opportunities in the US-Japan
relationship.
Challenge:
Solve intermittent computer problems; help them share, secure
and remotely access their information; and help manage their
yearly US Government reporting requirements.
Solution:
HDF reinstalled the OS on each computer, introduced a Windows
server and configured shared and remote access to their data.
HDF put an automatic backup solution in place to provide safe,
offsite storage in case of disaster. With HDF the JUSFC
consistently beats deadlines imposed by the US Government
to secure and protect their infrastructure.
How we measure our success:
By
the stability of their network. The only outages they have
experienced since they brought us on board were due to a power
outage in their office building.
